## 2. Editorial Workflow

### Draft

Content can be incomplete but must have an owner.

### Review

At least one reviewer checks clarity, links, safety and source quality.

### Published

Content is visible with last updated or last checked date.

### Stale

Content stays visible only if marked as stale and not safety-critical.

### Archived

Content is removed from active navigation but remains available if useful historically.

## 3. Task Quality Standard

Every contribution task needs:

- title
- area
- role fit
- owner
- expected outcome
- proof required
- difficulty
- estimated time
- source or context link
- expiration or review date

Reject or rewrite tasks that are only "help with marketing", "improve docs", "find users" or "build something cool" without specifics.

## 4. Project Card Quality Standard

Every project card needs:

- project name
- category
- short factual description
- official URL
- repository if available
- maintainer or contact
- status
- last checked date
- current help-needed slots
- risk notes where relevant

Status labels:

- Operational
- Testing
- Prototype
- Not operating
- Sunset
- Unknown
- Needs verification

3. GitHub repositories and release notes.
4. ErgoForum long-form discussions.
5. Project official sites and docs.
6. Community posts, clearly labeled as community commentary.
