# ErgoCommunity.org Launch Checklist

Цель: запустить community-run portal так, чтобы он был полезным, безопасным и поддерживаемым с первой недели.

## 1. Pre-Launch

### Ownership

### Content

- Подготовить 8 role paths.
- Подготовить минимум 20 contribution tasks.
- Подготовить минимум 20 project cards.
- У каждого project card должны быть owner/contact, status, last checked, help-needed slots.
- Подготовить weekly pulse issue #1.
- Подготовить campaign kit #1.
- Подготовить первый набор ambassador briefs и proof review rules.

### Technical

- Проверить responsive layout на mobile, tablet, desktop.
- Проверить keyboard navigation.
- Проверить contrast и focus states.
- Проверить все external links.
- Проверить local ops workflow: claim task, submit proof, safety report, JSON export.
- Добавить sitemap/robots после финального URL.
- Добавить analytics только privacy-friendly вариантом.

## 2. Launch Week

### День 1

- Опубликовать portal.
- Опубликовать "what this is / what this is not".
- Спросить feedback у builders, miners, docs contributors и local leads.

### День 2-3

- Принять первые project profile updates.
- Принять первые contribution tasks.
- Принять первые proof submissions через GitHub issue forms или local ops export.
- Закрыть сломанные или спорные ссылки.
- Отметить stale/uncertain items вместо молчаливого удаления.

### День 4-5

- Выпустить first Weekly Ergo Pulse.
- Выделить 3 priority tasks.
- Опубликовать contributor recognition.
- Добавить список "needs owner".

### День 6-7

- Провести launch retro.
- Убрать неиспользуемые блоки.
- Уточнить workflow intake.
- Зафиксировать cadence на следующие 4 недели.

## 3. Definition Of Done For MVP

- Новый участник может выбрать роль и понять первый шаг за 5 минут.
- Contributor может найти задачу с owner, scope и proof required.
- Project lead может понять, как добавить проект и запросить помощь.
- Safety page объясняет official/community boundary.
- Все внешние ссылки проверены и имеют понятную дату проверки.
- Weekly pulse имеет повторяемый формат.
- Есть процесс удаления stale tasks.

## 4. Launch Risks

### Looks official

Митигировать: community-run label, official domain links, footer disclaimer, no official-brand overreach.

### Stale catalog

Митигировать: last checked dates, monthly verification sprint, stale labels, owner field.

### Vague tasks

Митигировать: intake template, owner required, proof required, expiration date.

### Unsafe links

Митигировать: safety review before publishing wallet/bridge/DeFi links.
