Purpose: convert preview project cards into owner-confirmed records.

## Short Message

Hi. We are preparing ErgoCommunity.org as a community-run contribution hub for Ergo. We would like to list your project only if the profile is accurate and clearly marked with the right status, source links and help-needed slots.

Could you confirm the following?

1. Project name and one-line description.
2. Official URL or repository URL we should link.
3. Maintainer/contact handle for contribution requests.
4. Current operational status: operational, testing, seasonal, paused or archived.
5. Three concrete help-needed slots contributors can claim.
6. Any risk, audit, support or user-safety notes we should show.
7. Whether the listing should be removed or marked stale.

This is not an endorsement page and not official support. It is a community coordination surface that routes contributors to useful work.

## Status Rules

- No owner confirmation: keep as preview, candidate or stale.
- Wallet, bridge, DeFi or support: require safety review before publishing public action links.
- Archived or paused: keep visible only if useful context exists and status is unmistakable.
- Disputed listing: hide until resolved.

## Follow-Up Cadence

- First follow-up: 7 days after initial message.
- Stale mark: 14 days with no response.
- Monthly review: all public project records.
