# Soft Launch Runbook

Goal: prove that ErgoCommunity can turn attention into useful, reviewed work before adding accounts, reputation or automation.

## Launch Group

Start with 10-20 trusted people:

- 3 docs or education contributors
- 3 builders
- 2 safety reviewers
- 2 project maintainers
- 2 creators or translators
- 1 Pulse editor
- 1 portal operator

## Week 0 Setup

- Assign named owners for Portal Lead, Safety Desk, Project Registry Review, Contribution Review and Pulse Editor.
- Pick 10 tasks from the Work Board and confirm they are safe, specific and source-backed.
- Confirm 5 project cards with maintainers or official sources.
- Keep all wallet, bridge, DeFi and support links behind safety review.
- Use the GitHub issue forms in `.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE` for claim, proof, safety report and project update flows.

## Week 1 Operating Rhythm

### Monday

- Triage new claims, proof URLs, project updates and safety reports.
- Mark each record: pending-review, safety-review, needs-info, approved, rejected or blocked.
- Publish 3 priority asks into Missions and Feed.

### Wednesday

- Run review rooms:
  - Safety Desk
  - Project Registry Review
  - Contribution Review
  - Pulse Editorial Room
- Convert accepted artifacts into contribution receipts.

### Friday

- Publish Pulse:
  - 3 shipped items
  - 3 open asks
  - 1 safety note
  - 1 governance/project note
  - contribution receipts
- Close stale tasks or re-route them.

## Success Criteria

- At least 5 tasks claimed.
- At least 3 public proof URLs submitted.
- At least 2 contribution receipts accepted.
- Pulse #1 published with source links.
- No high-risk link published without safety review.

## What Not To Do Yet

- Do not add wallet login.
- Do not auto-post from contributor accounts.
- Do not create public reputation scores before proof review is stable.
- Do not publish direct wallet, bridge, DeFi or support action links without a safety gate.

## Promotion Copy

Short version:

> ErgoCommunity is opening a limited preview for people who want to help with useful, source-backed work. Pick a task, ship public proof, and help make the weekly Pulse real.

Warm version:

> You do not need permission to help. You need a safe path, a real task and proof that your work mattered.
